氦氖激光对小鼠红细胞超氧化物歧化酶的影响

摘要 本实验研究了低功率氦氖激光对小鼠红细胞超氧化物歧化酶的影响。氦氖激光照射小鼠胸骨前区及胃脘区后,小鼠红细胞中超氧化物歧化酶活性明显升高;直接照射生理盐水中的红细胞则超氧化物歧化酶活性无明显改变;直接照射离心沉淀后的红细胞超氧化物歧化酶活性有所增强;直接照射缓冲液中超氧化物歧化酶,其活性下降。 The activity of superoxide dismutase was elevated significantly after irradiation by HeNe laser on the area of sternum and stomach. Its activity did not rise evidently afterthe erythrocytes in normal saline were irradiated. When the centrifugalized erythrocytes were irradiated directly the activity of superoxide dismutase increased. It decreased after the superoxide dismutase in buffer salution was irradiated directly.
