SENSITIVITY COMPARISON OF DIFFERENT SDS-PAGE SILVER STAIN

十二烷基磺酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDS-PAGE)是分析蛋白质等生物大分子的常用手段。作者对SDS-PAGE氨银染色和铬银染色两者的敏感性进行了比较,结果显示氨银染色敏感性为铬银染色的50倍。建议分析微量蛋白时使用氨银染色。

The sensitivity of sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDSPAGE)NH_3 silver stain and chromium silver stain was compared. The result showed that the sensitivity of NH_3 silver stain was as 50 times as that of chromium silver stain. We suggest to use NH_3 silver stain for analysing the trace proteins.
