摘要
应用心电多相信息鉴别诊断仪对588例确诊、疑诊冠心病及正常人的检查,发现该项检查可以初步反映冠心病患者的缺血程度,检查结果与临床病情程度相吻合。总结出反映缺血程度的相应指标。
Five hundre and eight cases of clinically confirmed coronary heart disease or suspected of having the disease and 80 normal controls were investigated by the ECG multi-phase information differentiation diagnostic system. We found that the degree of ischemia of the patients with coronary heart disease confirmed by this technique coincided with the condition of the patients.The indexes for the degree of ischemia of the patientswith coronary heart disease were summarized.
