中学生物教师能力结构的究研

AN ELEMENTARG APPROACH INTO THE ABILITG OF THE MIDDLE SCHOOL BIOLOGICAL TEACHERS

摘要 本文对中学生物教师能力结构进行了调查研究,通过调查数据分析了中学生物教师能力结构的现状,比较理想的或比较合格的并不多,约占27%左右,一般的约占44%左右,并对现状提出了改进意见. This essay dresents an investigation into the capacity stracture of the middle school biological teachers. Through the investigated data we analysed the present state of the middle school biological teacher's capacity structure and we found that onlg twenty-seven percent of the teachers were rather qualified, or in another word, ideal. Fourty-two percent were so-so while thirty percent were of very poor capacify. Abeat this state of capacity we made some saggestions in the essay.
