体育系专修班学生能力的培养

Students'Abilities Cultivation in Specialized Classes of Physical Education Department

在毕业生踏上新的工作岗位之前就使之具备教学、训练、科研、组织竞赛和裁判等能力,是体育系重要任务之一。但传统的封闭型教学重视知识和技术的灌输,忽视能力的培养和智力开发.为在培养学生能力方面寻求新的途径,作者在篮球专修班的教学中实施了一系列改革措施。例如;实行“助理教师”制度、学生讲理论课、增加口试、到中学带队训练、到社会上担任篮球裁判、独立组织篮球竞赛、调研大型比赛等等。通过一年半的试验,取得了令人信服的明显效果。

It is one of the most important tasks for the Physical Education Department to equip its graduates with the abilities in teaching, training,making scientific researches,organizing matches,acting as referees,etc.But the traditional closed-type teaching pays much attention to the instillation of knowledge and technique,rather than the cultivation of abilities and development of intellects. In order to find out new ways to cultivate the students’abilities, the author adopted a series of reformative measures in a specialized class of students majoring in basketball,such as:more oral tests, institution of the “assistant teachers” system,letting the students give lectures in the class,undertake team training at middle schools,serve as referees in extramural basketball matches,independently organize basketball matches,closely study the large-scale tournaments,etc. Apparent and convincing results have been achieved after one and a half years’ experiments.
