摘要
作者用湿法消化法(HNO_3:HCIO_4为4:1)处理样品,2%HCIO_4定容至25nd,用火焰原子吸收光谱测定,用光谱纯金属按常规法配制1000ppm储备液,按需配成标准系列。样品中Cu,Fe,Zn和Mn含量分别为11.56+3.25、49.89±19.36、107.964±38.02、1.52±0.21μg/g。回收率试验满意。
The determination was carried out by means of flame atomic absorption spectrum. Samples were treated by the wet nitration method (the ratio of HNO_3 to HClO_4 being 4 to 1) and diluted with 2% HClO_4 to the constant volume of 25 ml. Using spectroscopically pure metals, we prepared the series of 1,000 ppm standard solutions in the usual way. Contents of Cu,Fe,Zn and Mn in the samples were found to be 11. 56±3. 25,49. 89±19. 36, 107. 96±38. 02 and 1. 52±0. 21μg/g respectively. Recovery tests proved to be satisfactory.
