摘要
本文研究了多支承转子系统的稳定性以及支承不对中对稳定性的影响,提出求支承负荷分配的选代算法,按照求系统特征方程根的分析系统稳定性的方法。分析了国产某型200MW汽轮发电机组的稳定性,和支承不对中对稳定性的影响,为该型机组转子系统的改型设计和运行机组稳定性的改善提供了理论依据。
In this paper, stability of multi-rotor system and the influence of misalignment of journal bearing on stability are studied by solving eigenvalue equation of the system. Several iteration methods for calculating the bearing load distribution are provided. A 200 MW turbo-generator set and the influence of misalignment of bearings on stability are demonstrated by the mathod as an application. The results provide the theory basis for modification of the rotor system and amelioration oe stability of the set in service.
