求解转子—轴承系统动力特性的实模态与复模态结合算法

A METHOD OF COMBINED REAL AND COMPLEX MODES FOR DYNAMIC CHARACTERISTICS OF ROTOR-BEARING SYSTEM

摘要 本文基于固定界面法推导了一种适于转子——轴承系统动力分析的实模态与复模态结合算法,并进行了理论分析与计算、结果表明,本文所推导的模态综合法在计算过程中保留了陀螺力矩的信息,同时计及了基础及滑动轴承油膜刚度、阻尼的影响,精度高,耗时少,具有工程实用价值。 From the fixed-interface method, a method of combined real and complex modes for analysis of rotor-bearing system is derived in the paper. Both theoretical analysis and numerical calculation are carried out. It shows that, in the mode synthesis method, information of gyroscopic moment is reserved and the efects of foundation and oil film, stiffness and damping of bearing are taken into account. The method possesses higher accuracy and less computing time, and is convenient in engineering practice.
