摘要
21世纪的职业教育,是使学生职业可持续发展能力培养的教育。只有关注学生的职业可持续能力培养,才能保证学生走上社会之后的职业持续发展后劲。经济法的教学对高职商科学生职业可持续发展能力培养具有重要的影响。文章通过经济法与高职学生职业可持续发展能力培养的关系和传统教学范式对学生职业可持续发展能力培养供给不足的分析,依据商科专业经济法课程的教学实践,从课程目标、教学内容、教材整合、教学方法和教学手段、学生成绩考核和评价、教师配置等核心要素方面对学生职业可持续发展能力培养教学新范式作了初步探讨。
The vocational education in the 21^st century focuses on cultivating students' vocationalsustainable development abilities. Only by stressing this issue can we make sure of students' vocational sustainable abilities after graduation. The teaching of the course of Economic Law plays a very important role in cultivating the vocational sustainable development abilities of students in the business major in vocational colleges. By analyzing the relationship between the Economic Law and cultivation of the vocational sustainable abilities of business major students, and the traditional teaching form's inefficiency in cultivating students' sustainable abilities, and based on the teaching practice of the Economic Law in the business major in Zhaoqing Industry and Commerce College, Guangdong, this paper initially explores on the teaching form of cultivating students' vocational sustainable development abilities from the perspectives of such core elements as the course goals, the teaching content, the integration of teaching materials, the teaching methods and means, the assessment and evaluation of students' performance, and the teachers' allocation.
