摘要
逐年呈上升趋势的大学生犯罪日益受到社会各界的关注,已经接受过刑罚处罚的大学生,他们需要重新面对社会,因此作为立法机关必须从法律制度上建立保障体系,帮助他们顺利回归社会,这是防止他们再次走入歧途的重要途径之一。
The yearly increasing crime rate of the college students has constantly caught the public attention.Those students who have received the penalty need to face the society with a new look.So the legislature must establish safeguard system from the legal system and help them return to the society.This is one of the important ways to prevent them from reentering the astray.
