微波法提取黑木耳黄酮类化合物的研究 被引量:11

摘要 采用微波法提取了黑木耳中黄酮类化合物,考察了微波辐射功率、微波辐射时间、固液比和乙醇体积分数对提取率的影响。通过单因素实验和正交实验确定黑木耳中黄酮类化合物的最佳微波法提取条件为:微波辐射功率560W、微波辐射时间50 s、固液比1∶9(g∶mL)、乙醇体积分数90%,此时提取率为0.665%。 Flavonoids was extracted from Auricularia auricula by microwave method.The factors affecting the extraction rate were investigated,including microwave irradiation power,microwave irradiation time,solid-liquid ratio and ethanol volume fraction.The optimum extraction conditions of microwave method were obtained by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment as follows:microwave irradiation power was 560 W,microwave irradiation time was 50 s,solid-liquid ratio was 1∶9(g∶mL),ethanol volume fraction was 90%.Under above conditions,the extraction rate was 0.665%.
