壳聚糖/硅杂化膜对直接桃红12B吸附性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 利用壳聚糖和硅偶联剂乙烯基三乙氧基硅氧烷改性的纳米二氧化硅,制备了壳聚糖/硅杂化膜.用扫描电镜观察杂化膜表面SiO2的分布情况,并考察了不同温度、吸附时间、pH条件下,直接桃红12B在杂化膜上的吸附行为.结果表明:纳米SiO2粒子在壳聚糖相内均匀分散,无机相与有机相交界处会出现空隙.当温度为55℃,pH=8,吸附时间为4.5 h,直接桃红12B质量浓度为60 mg/L时,直接桃红12B在杂化膜上有比较高的吸附量.另外,试验数据表明,直接桃红12B在杂化膜上的吸附模型更适合用Langmuir吸附等温线来描述. Chitosan/silica hybrid membrane was prepared by chitosan and nano-SiO2 modified with coupling agent triethoxyvinylsilane.The distribution of SiO2 on the surface of chitosan/silica hybrid membrane was investigated by SEM.The adsorption behavior of Direct Pink 12B from aqueous solution onto chitosan/silica hybrid membrane was studied under various experimental conditions such as adsorb time,temperature,pH.The results showed that the nano-SiO2 particles distributed evenly in the chitosan phase and there were interspaces between inorganic and organic phase in the hybrid membrane.Experimental results indicated that the adsorption capacity of hybrid membranes for Direct Pink 12B was higher when the concentration of Direct Pink 12B was 60 mg/L and adsorbed at 55 ℃,pH 8 for 4.5 h.Adsorption equilibrium studies showed that adsorption of Direct Pink 12B onto hybrid membranes more followed Langmuir isotherm model.
