用阳离子型助剂WLS改性CVC织物提升硫化染料染色性能的探讨

摘要 采用阳离子型助剂WLS改性CVC织物,探讨了改性条件对改性效果的影响,优化了WLS改性CVC织物的工艺条件:10 g/L WLS 40℃处理5 min,再用4 g/L NaOH 60℃处理30 min.改性CVC织物用硫化染料染色,其K/S值显著提高,硫化染料色织物摩擦牢度和皂洗牢度也得到改善.改性后织物的吸湿性增强,有助于提高织物穿着舒适性. CVC fabric was modified with cationic agent WLS,and the influences of modified conditions on the modified effect were investigated.The technique conditions of WLS modified CVC fabric were optimized: treated for 5 min at 40 ℃ with 10 g/L of WLS,then the fabric was treated with 4 g/L of NaOH for 30 min at 60 ℃.The modified CVC fabric dyed with sulfur dyes had higher K/S value and the rubbing fastness and soaping fastness of the dyed fabrics were also improved.The hygroscopicity of the modified CVC fabric was increased,which was helpful to improve the wearing comfortability of fabric.
