稳健统计技术在纺织品pH检测能力验证中的应用

Application of robust statistical technique in proficiency test of pH in textiles

介绍了28家试验室参加纺织品pH检测能力验证活动的情况,选择从市场上购买的纺织面料作为测试样本,采用F检验对样本的均匀性进行检验,并用稳健统计技术对试验结果进行了分析.根据Z比分数值对试验室的表现进行评估,最后列出了能力验证活动中不合格的行为,并提出了改进检测质量的技术建议.

The proficiency test with participation of 28 laboratories was introduced in this paper.The textile fabric bought from the market was used as test specimen.The specimen uniformity was examined with F statistical,and the test results were analyzed with robust statistical technique.The test ability of each laboratory was assessed based on its Z score.Some unqualified behaviors during proficiency test were listed at last and some professional advices were provided to promote test quality.
