摘要 纺织品酚黄变色牢度是浅色纺织品的重要性能指标,ISO 105 X18:2007测试方法能够在一定程度上模拟和评价纺织品的酚黄变性能,解析了该标准的内容和影响因素,结果表明:(1)酚黄变现象不是由自然环境引起,而是材料加工中广泛使用了相关化学物质;(2)酚黄变过程具有时温等效性,可通过试验条件掌控试验时间和黄变程度;(3)压力对结果影响微弱,密封程度则影响明显,测试后试样短时间放置对评级影响较小.因此,在使用相同标物的前提下,该标准方法试验准确程度主要把握温度、保温时间和密封性. Phenolic yellowing color fastness is an important performance index of light-colored textiles.ISO 105 X18: 2007 testing method can somewhat simulate and evaluate the properties of phenolic yellowing of textiles.The content and influence factors of the standard were analyzed.The results showed that:(1)phenolic yellowing was not derived from the natural environment but from the chemical substances widely used in the materials processing;(2)phenolic yellowing process had time-temperature equivalence,and the testing time and degree of yellowing could be controlled by test conditions;(3)pressure had little effect on the result,and sealing degree had obvious impact on the result,after the testing,a short time of placing sample had little impact on the rating.Accordingly,using the same standard,the testing accuracy of the standard method was determined by the temperature,holding time and sealing property.
