摘要 选坐落于广州的一幢1梯2户6层为特定的参照建筑,用JGJ 75—2003《夏热冬暖地区居住建筑节能设计标准》的方法,计算该建筑物外装饰材料的太阳能辐射吸收率ρ与建筑物空调年耗电量指数(ECFc)的关系。结果表明:ρ值越低,建筑物ECFc越低,越节能;当ρ≤0.65时,ECFc≤0.5,即该建筑符合JGJ 75—2003的节能设计;证明反射隔热涂料的基本要求之一就是要降低涂料的ρ值。测量涂料的太阳能总反射比(TSR)结果表明:使用铬铁黑、铬铁红等颜料,在中等深度颜色到深颜色范围内,涂料的TSR能够提高10%~20%,节约空调年耗电量10%左右。 A building with 2 - resident and 6 - floor in Guangzhou city was chosen as reference. This article calculated and discussed the relationship between the absorptivity of solar radiation (ρ) of exterior wall decorated malerials and annual cooling electricity consumption factor (ECFc) in accordance with JGJ 75 - 2003 《 Design standards for energy efficiency of resisdential buildings in hot summer and cold winter zone》. The resuhs showed that the lower of p, the lower of ECFc, the referential building would save more cooling eleclricily each year. When ρ≤0.65, the ECFc≤0. 5, the referential building met the demand of JGJ 75I 2003. It was demonstrated that one of the basic demands of the solar heat reflective and insulation coating was the reduction of the value p of coatings. The total solar reflective radiance(TSR) was measured, from which it was known that when chromite black or red pigments were used, with a range of mid - to - dark colors, the TSR of the coatings could increase by 10% - 20%, indicating the annual cooling electricity consumption dropped about 10%.
