摘要
冲击试验机根据其设计结构、动力源以及应用领域的不同,其测控系统均有不同。针对传统冲击试验测控系统一般只适用于某种特定冲击试验机的局限性,提出了一种基于Nios-Ⅱ处理器新型测控系统的设计方案。该系统根据试验机外围接口的不同,通过动态配置处理器、选择合适的外设,能够适用于多种类型的冲击试验机。最后,在冲击试验现场进行了时域波形的采集以及容差的分析。测试结果表明,该系统可以满足不同类型冲击试验机的测控需求,具有一定的推广应用价值。
Due to the differences of impact testing machines" structure,power source and application field,their measure & control systems are also different. Aiming at the limitation of traditional measure & control system can only be applicable to certain specific type of impact testing machine, a new method of measure & control system based on Nios-II processor was proposed. According to the different peripheral interfaces of the machines,the presented system is suitable for various types of machine through dynamically configuring process and selecting appropriate peripherals. Finally,the data acquisition of time-domain waveforms and tolerance analysis were carried out in field experiment. Test results show that the system fits for the testing and measuring in different types of impact testing machine, and is worthy bein~ widely aDDlied.
