考虑时间限制的顾客无条件退货策略模型 被引量:2

摘要 基于顾客策略行为,文章主要研究了带时间限制的顾客无条件退货策略问题。首先,分析了策略型顾客的购买和退货行为,得出了顾客可接受的产品最高销售价格;其次,对商家收益建立数学模型,并由模型求解得出商家最优的产品退货价格和初始库存;最后,用MATLAB软件对文中结论进行了数值分析。
