摘要
目的探讨miR-145在原位结肠癌癌组织和癌旁组织中的表达差异。方法利用miRNA表达谱芯片技术检测未发生转移原位结肠癌癌组织和癌旁组织标本中miR-145表达水平的差异,并运用Real-time PCR验证其结果。结果 miRNA表达芯片分析发现miR-145在结肠癌组织中表达显著下调(下调2.5倍),并被Real-time PCR所证实。结论 miR-145在结肠癌组织中表达下调,可作为供研究的潜在结肠癌分子标记物。
Objective To explore microRNA-145 expression difference in non-metastatic colon cancer tissues and non-cancerous tissues surrounding colon cancer in situ. Methods The expression level of miR-145 in tumor and adjacent normal tissue from clinical colon cancer patients without metastasis was detected by Chip-array.And the determination results were verified by real-time PCR. Results The expression level of miR-145 was significantly down-regulated in tumor tissue and validated by real-time PCR. Conclusions The expression level of miR-145 is significantly down-regulated in colon cancer.It may be a useful molecular marker for colon cancer.
