手机辐射对胚胎期接受辐射小鼠免疫损伤的初步研究 被引量:2

Preliminary Research on Immune Injury of Fetal Mice Exposed to Radiation of Cell Phone During Embryonic Phase

摘要 目的检测暴露于手机辐射下的孕鼠子代的细胞因子含量,探讨电磁辐射对胚胎期小鼠免疫功能的影响,为孕妇科学、合理使用移动通信工具提供参考。方法 30只孕鼠随机分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组,每组6只,对应为空白对照组、待机组、10 min低强度组3、0 min中强度组和60 min高强度组。ELISA检测脾细胞上清中IFN-γ和IL-4的含量;MTT法检测淋巴细胞增殖情况。结果实验Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ各组新生小鼠脾细胞培养上清中IFN-γ和IL-4含量以及淋巴细胞SI与Ⅰ组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但Ⅴ组与Ⅰ组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);而且Ⅴ组与Ⅲ组比较IFN-γ和IL-4含量以及淋巴细胞SI,差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高强度的手机辐射能影响胚胎期小鼠的免疫功能。 Objective To discuss the effects on the immune function by studying the immune factors of the fetal mice exposed to electromagnetic radiation during embryonic phase,and to provide the experimental reference for the pregnant women to use the mobile communication tools scientifically and rationally. Methods Thirty mice were divided into the control group(Group I),the standby control group(GroupⅡ),the 10 min low-intensity group(Group Ⅲ),the 30 min medium-intensity group(Group Ⅳ) and the 60 min high-intensity group(Group Ⅴ),(each n=6).The contents of IFN-γ and IL-4 were detected by ELISA.The stimulation indices(SI) of spleen lymphocytes were measured by MTT assay. Results Compared the contents of IFN-γ,IL-4 and SI of spleen lymphocytes of the newborn mice in group II,group III and group IV with those in the group I,the difference was non-significance(P0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the contents of IFN-γ,IL-4 and SI of spleen lymphocytes of the newborn mice between group V and group I(P0.01) as well as between group V and group III(P0.05). Conclusions The immune function of fetal mice decreased when they had exposed to high-strength radiation of cell phone during embryonic phase.
