孕晚期血脂水平与新生儿体重相关性研究 被引量:5

Study on Correlation Between Maternal Serum Lipids in Late Pregnancy and Neonatal Birth Weight

摘要 目的探讨孕晚期孕妇血脂水平与新生儿体重相关性。方法随机抽取2010年7月-2011年1月湖北省妇幼保健院孕晚期孕妇为研究对象,在研究对象知情同意后纳入本研究。根据新生儿体重分为三组不同体重组,检测孕妇血脂水平,分析孕妇血脂与新生儿体重的相关性。结果三组新生儿出生体重分别为(2 658±123)g(、3 386±203)g和(4 335±317)g,三组新生儿体重间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。三组新生儿孕母在TC、TG、HDL-C和LDL-C差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而在ApoA和ApoB方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。相关性分析表明,新生儿体重与孕晚期孕妇血清TC和TG正相关(P<0.05),与HDL-C和LDL-C负相关(P<0.05),与ApoA和ApoB无关(P>0.05)。结论孕妇孕晚期血脂水平可显著影响新生儿出生体重。 Objective To explore the correlation between maternal serum lipids in late pregnancy and neonatal birth weight. Methods With the patients' right of informed consent,pregnant women who received the treatment in the Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Hubei Province from July 2010 and January 2011 were randomly selected for the study.The newborns were subgrouped into three groups according to their birth weights.Maternal serum lipids were detected.The correlation between serum lipids and neonatal birth weight were analyzed. Results Neonatal birth weights of the three groups were(2,658±123) g,(3,386±203) g and(4,335±317) g,respectively,the differences were statistically significant among the three groups(P0.05).There were statistically significant differences in TC,TG,HDL-C and LDL-C in the pregnant women of the three groups(P0.05),but no statistically significant difference was found in ApoA and ApoB(P0.05).The correlation analysis showed that neonatal birth weight was positively related to TC and TG of pregnant women in late pregnancy(P0.05),but negatively related to HDL-C and LDL-C(P0.05).No correlation was found between neonatal birth weight and ApoA,ApoB(P0.05). Conclusions Maternal serum lipids in late pregnancy could significantly affect neonatal birth weight.
