辅酶Q_(10)联合果糖二磷酸治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的疗效分析 被引量:7

Analysis on Therapeutic Effect of Coenzyme Q_(10) Combined with Fructose Diphosphate on Children with Viral Myocarditis

摘要 目的探讨辅酶Q10联合果糖二磷酸治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的疗效。方法选取2011年2-8月湖南省儿童医院收治的病毒性心肌炎患儿54例作为研究对象,将上述患儿随机分成2组,观察组、对照组均为27例,观察组在常规治疗的基础上再联合使用辅酶Q10、果糖二磷酸,对照组仅给予常规治疗,比较两组患者的疗效。结果观察组的治疗效果显著优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,观察组肌酸激酶(CK)、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的降低幅度显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在常规治疗基础上联合使用辅酶Q10、果糖二磷酸可显著提高小儿病毒性心肌炎的疗效。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of coenzyme Q10 combined with fructose diphosphate in treatment of children with viral myocarditis. Methods Fifty-four children with viral myocarditis who were hospitalized in the Children's Hospital of Hunan Province from February to August 2011 were randomly divided into two groups(each n=27).The observation group received coenzyme Q10 combined with fructose diphosphate based on conventional treatment,while the control group received conventional treatment only. Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was significantly superior to that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the decrease extent of creatine kinase (CK),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusions Combined use of coenzyme Q10 and fructose diphosphate based on conventional treatment can significantly improve the therapeutic effect in children with viral myocarditis.
