传染病科护理人员心理状况及压力来源调查

Survey on Psychological Status and Pressure Source of Nurses in Department of Infectious Diseases

目的了解当前护理科的困扰及压力,设法对其工作方式和方法做一些调整,以便最大限度地调动护士的工作积极性和创造性。方法采用随机抽样的方法对213名传染病科护士进行问卷调查,问卷包括用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)及自制量表。结果 90.2%护士工作压力感较强,51.6%源于工作任务繁重,24.4%源于对被感染的恐惧,21.6%源于知识不够用和技能不熟练,19.2%源于家人朋友等的不理解。增加护理相关知识培训及心理辅导后,护士心理健康状态显著好转。结论应适当进行传染病科护理人员的心理及专业护理知识辅导,适当增加护士编制,合理调整科室人员配备,为护士继续教育提供条件,缓解护士压力。

Objective To investigate the disturbance of nurses,and to maximize their activity and creativity by adjusting their working methods and manners. Methods A total of 213 nurses were randomly selected from department of infectious diseases and then received questionnaire survey,including Self-rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）,Self-rating Depression Scale（SDS）,and self-made scale. Results 90.2% nurses were suffered from a strong working stress;51.6% from heavy work,24.5% from the fear of infection,21.6% from insufficient knowledge and unskilled technical ability,and 19.2% from misunderstanding of family and friends.After conducting nursing-related knowledge training and psychological counseling,the mental health of nurses was significantly improved. Conclusions Professional nursing-related knowledge training and psychological counseling should be conducted in nurses of infectious diseases department.Nurses should be increased,staffing departments should be rationalized,and the condition for continuing education for nurses should be provided to ease the pressure on nurses.
