摘要
根据超超临界1 000MW机组螺旋管圈塔式锅炉的特点,增加临时补水系统采用稳压吹管方式进行吹管。实际运行结果表明,锅炉稳压吹管连续2次靶板冲击斑痕粒度等于小于0.8mm,且斑痕不多于8点,质量符合《工程建设标准强制性条文》(电力工程部分)的要求,吹管质量优良,可供同类机组参考。
Based on the features of spiral-tube coil tower type boiler,and installing temporary make-up water system,the pipe-blowing using stable-pressure steam for ultra-supercritical 1000 MW unit has been selected.Results of practical operation show that the pipe-blowing of said mode for successive two times makes the flushed spots on target plate being equivalent to or smaller than 0.8 mm,and the number of spots isn't more than 8 points,the quality of pipe-blowing is excellent,being able to be used for reference to similar generating units.
