摘要 某600MW汽轮机组正常运行期间,润滑油压力突降触发机组低油压保护动作停机。经分析机组停运前后运行操作、热工测量传送、润滑油设备及系统等各方面的相关参数,最终确定润滑油压力突降是由于润滑油箱的实际运行油位偏低引发油系统管路积聚空气引起。就此,采取了标定油位计、提高油质、延长油在油箱停留时间、开放气孔等处理措施,实施后油压恢复正常。 During normal operation period of a 600 MW steam turbine unit in one power plant,the shutdown of said unit has been triggered by the actuation of its low oil pressure protection due to abrupt drop of the lubricating oil pressure.Through analysis of related parameters in manipulation of operation and in thermodynamic measurement of lubricating oil transporting equipment and system before and after the shutdown,finally,it is determined that the cause leading to abrupt drop of the lubricating oil pressure is due to the actual oil-level in oil tank was too low,resulting in air accumulation in the pipeline of oil system.For this,some corresponding measures,such as adopting calibrated oil-level meter,enhancing the oil-level,lengthening the retention time of oil in the oil tank,and opening vent holes etc.,have been put forward.After implementation,the oil pressure has restored to be normal.
