腹部闭合性小肠破裂X线检查膈下无游离气体的临床分析(附21例报告)

The clinical analysis for patients of closed abdominal small intestine perforation without free gas under diaphragma(a report of 21 cases)

目的探讨腹部闭合性损伤致小肠破裂且X线检查膈下无游离气体的早期诊断和治疗方法。方法对成都军区总医院全军普外中心胃肠病区2007年7月～2010年10月收治的21例腹部闭合性损伤致小肠破裂且X线检查无膈下游离气体病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者均早期诊断,并及时剖腹探查,全部康复出院。结论密切观察生命体征、腹部体征和反复准确的腹腔穿刺是早期诊断治疗的关键。

Objective To explore the early diagnosis and treatment of closed abdominal small intestine perforation without free gas Under diaphragma.Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinic data of 21 cases of closed abdominal small intestine perforation without free gas under diaphragma in our hospital from July 2007 to October 2010.Results All patients were early diagnosed and exploratory laparotomy in time and then cured.Conclusion Closely observing vital sign and abdominal sign and repetat precise abdominal paracentesis are critical for early diagnosis and treatment.
