固定-活动联合修复在临床中的应用

Clinical application of the fixed-activities bioremediation

目的探讨应用固定-活动联合修复的方法对牙列缺失患者进行修复的临床效果。方法收集我院口腔科176例牙列缺损的患者采用固定-活动义齿联合修复的临床资料。共189件修复体,其中上颌72件,下颌117件。修复后定期从固位、舒适、咀嚼三方面进行评价追踪修复效果,并评价咀嚼效率的变化。结果本组176例采用固定-活动联合修复方式修复后,义齿固位好、稳定、美观舒适,2年随访满意度达到100%。咀嚼功能得到了明显改善(P<0.05)。结论固定-活动联合修复方法对于复杂的牙体、牙列缺损修复有良好的效果,这类美观舒适义齿必将成为新的修复发展方向。

Objective To estimate the clinical effects of applying fixed-removable implant dentures in edentulous patients.Methods 176 edentulous patients with fixed-removable implant dentures were recruited.A total of 189 implants were placed in maxillary（72） and lower jaw（117）.After repaired,we evaluated the effect from retention,comfort and chew aspects regularly and estimated changes in chewing efficiency.Results The group of 176 patients with fixed-removable method were well treated.Denture retention is good,stable,beautiful and comfortable.2-year follow-up Satisfaction were up to 100%.Masticatory function improved significantly（P0.05）.Conclusion The fixed-removable method has good results for complex dental,dentition defect.Such beautiful and comfortable denture will become the new repaired direction.
