膝关节色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎(PVNS)的超声诊断及鉴别诊断 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨膝关节色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎的超声诊断及鉴别诊断要点。方法回顾了18例超声提示为膝关节色素沉着绒毛结节性滑膜炎(PVNS)患者的超声表现,并与病理结果进行对比分析。结果超声显示18例患者均存在不同程度的关节积液,并见增厚的滑膜,合并大小数目不等的低回声、等回声、高回声结节,滑膜内面及结节表明不光滑,可见绒毛状突起。CDFI显示滑膜或结节内大部可见较丰富的线状彩色血流信号。部分患者关节软骨表面见不同程度的骨质侵蚀性改变。经病理证实为PVNS的为12例,滑膜软骨瘤病4例,滑膜肉瘤1例,滑膜型关节结核1例。结论超声对膝关节PVNS具有较高的诊断价值,但在日常工作中需注意鉴别诊断。
