摘要 一直以来,肿瘤严重危害着人类的健康,有关肿瘤发病机制、治疗靶标的研究也成为科学研究的重点和热点之一。Notch基因首次发现于1917年,因其功能部分缺失可导致果蝇翅缘出现缺口,故被命名为Notch。Notch信号通路是一条影响细胞命运的、保守而重要的信号转导通路,
