基于SolidWorks软件与VB编程的普通外螺纹精确建模

摘要 目前主流三维机械设计软件UG、CAXA﹑SolidWorks等,虽然提供了标准件库,但是这些标准件库中提供的螺栓的螺纹线全是装饰线(非三维实体线)。在调用标准件库中的螺栓时无法进行精确的受力分析。为了解决这一难题,就必须建立螺栓上螺纹部分精确的三维实体。根据微分几何原理中的螺旋线参数方程和螺纹加工原理,以SolidWorks软件为平台,结合Solid-Works软件的曲面造型功能,运用VB编程的知识,建立了普通螺栓外螺纹的三维精确模型。 At present the mainstream 3D mechanical design software are UG, CAXA, SolidWorks. Though providing standard library, but the standard advice for library of bolt thread through line are all decorative thread (the three dimensions solid line). The call of the standard part library is not accurate when coming to bolt stress analysis. In order to solve the problem, it must establish accurate 3D entity on the bolt thread part. According to the principle of differential geometry parameter equation and the helix thread processing principle, by SolidWorks software for the platform, and combined with the surface modeling software SolidWorks function with VB programming knowledge, establish common bolt male 3D accurate model.
