Advancements in Diagnosis and Management of Cardiac Neoplasms

心脏肿瘤临床上较为少见,临床表现复杂多样,缺乏特异性,易与其他心脏病混淆,目前尚无相应的诊疗指南。现根据心脏肿瘤的组织学特性、发病年龄、发生部位、影像学表现等方面资料明确诊断流程,并综述常见心脏肿瘤诊断和治疗进展。

Cardiac tumors are rare clinically.They have many different clinical presentations and are known to be great mimickers.However,there are no available guidelines for the diagnosis and management of cardiac tumors.This review focuses on a clinical diagnostic approach to cardiac tumors based on the histological likelihood,the age of the patient at time of presentation,the tumor location,and non-invasive tissue characterization.The diagnosis of the most common tumors,and current approaches to treatment are also addressed.
