脑尿钠肽在充血性心力衰竭以外的一些疾病中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 脑尿钠肽被公认为是心力衰竭的重要标志物,在心力衰竭的诊断、治疗和预后评估中发挥着重要作用。但随着对脑尿钠肽研究的深入,人们发现脑尿钠肽在其它一些疾病中(如急性冠状动脉综合征、心律失常、肺部疾病、肾脏疾病等)也有不同程度的升高,并有其相应的变化规律和临床意义。在这里我们就脑尿钠肽在充血性心力衰竭外的这些疾病中的研究进展作简单综述,以更全面理解脑尿钠肽的变化规律,更好使用脑尿钠肽指导临床治疗。 Brain natriuretic peptide is considered to be an important marker of heart failure.It plays an important role in the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of the heart failure.However,more researches of brain natriuretic peptide display that it increases in some other diseases(such as acute coronary syndrome,arrhythmia,pulmonary diseases and kidney disease etc)too,with corresponding changes and clinical significance.In this paper we review the research progress of brain natriuretic peptide in some other diseases excluding congestive heart failure,in order to understand brain natriuretic peptide better and guide the clinical treatment.
