摘要
重点分析解决高速动车组预组装生产环境要素,按照重大建设项目和技术改造项目的规定,进行环境工程的治理和建设,满足动车组装配过程特别是粘接过程特殊工艺对环境温湿度的要求,提供一个适宜的装配工作环境,并充分考虑节能需要,将厂房环境温度控制在15℃~30℃,湿度控制在30%~70%。经过方案比选,并进行CFD模拟,选择了侧送下回气流组织方式,给出了计算模型和结果,通过方案实施,有效解决了预组装环境问题,投资少、效果好。
This paper emphatically introduces how to resolve the environment factor of high-speed train pre-assembling production. According to the major construction projects and technical technical transformation projects three simultaneous requirements ,the environmental engineering management and construction.Assembly process to meet the EMU process,especially the special bonding process on the environmental temperature and humidity requirements,assembly to provide a suitable working environment.And give full consideration to energy needs,the plant temperature control range of 15 ℃-30 ℃ ,humidity control in the range 30%N70%.Afler the alternative schemes,and CFD simulation,choose the side of the organization to send air next time,given the computational model and mesuhs,through the implementation of the program, an effective solution to environmental problems of pre-assemhled,low investment and good results.
