Study and summarization compensation mechanism of New Rural Cooperative Medical system

建立科学合理的补偿机制对于保证新农合基金运行安全,促进制度可持续健康发展起着重要作用。近年来,学术界对新农合补偿模式、补偿方案测算、补偿效果评价等进行了有益探讨,并取得了不少研究成果。但对不同经济水平下适宜模式的选择、基金分割机制、保险因子和增长系数、农村流动人口补偿、二次补偿以及补偿方案评价机制等方面,还有待深入探讨。

Establishing a scientific and reasonable compensation mechanism is important that to guarantee New Rural Cooperative funds are in motion safety and promote the system development sustainable and healthy. In recent years, scholars have gotten a lot of achievements in compensation models, calculation of compensation program and evaluation of compensation effect of New Rural Cooperative Medical system. But some subjects should be researched thoroughly, such as choices of suitable models in different economic level regions, segmentation mechanism of funds, insurance factor and growth coefficient, compensation for rural floating population, the secondary compensation and evaluation mechanism of compensation program, etc.
