文章从分析医疗差错成因入手,分析国外医疗差错监测与预警的历史、现状,并结合我国实际,提出建立客观、有效、灵敏的医疗差错预防机制对合理利用医院医疗资源的构想。

Based on causes analysis of malpractice. This paper discusses the history and current situation of foreign malpractice monitoring and early warning which combined with the reality in our country. It also proposes to establish an objective, effective and sensitive prevention mechanism of malpractice and rationally utilizing hospitals medical resource.
