我院2007-2010年麻醉药品应用情况分析

Analysis of the Use of Narcotic Drugs in Our Hospital during the Period of 2007-2010

目的:评价我院麻醉药品的应用情况及趋势。方法:采用回顾性方法,对我院2007-2010年麻醉药品的销售金额、数量、用药频度(DDDs)等进行统计、分析。结果:我院麻醉药品销售金额呈逐年上升趋势,占药品总销售金额的比例达0.25%～0.32%。枸橼酸芬太尼注射液、硫酸吗啡缓释片、盐酸吗啡注射液的DDDs排序各年度均列前3位;门诊哌替啶注射液和盐酸吗啡注射液用量呈下降趋势,磷酸可待因片、盐酸布桂嗪注射液用量有一定起伏。结论:我院麻醉药品使用基本符合《麻醉药品临床应用指导原则》,但仍需加强对疼痛的规范化处理及"三阶梯治疗"的理解和认识。

OBJECTIVE：To evaluate the application and trend of narcotic drugs in our hospital.METHODS：By retrospective method,the utilization of the narcotic drugs in our hospital during the period of 2007-2010 was analyzed statistically in respect of the consumption sum,consumption amount and DDDs.RESULTS：The consumption sum of the narcotic drugs in our hospital increased year by year,accounting for 0.25%～0.32% of the total drug consumption sum.Top 3 drugs in the list of DDDs were Fentanil citrate injection,Morphine sulfate sustained-release tablet and Morphine hydrochloride injection.The amount of Pethidine injection and Morphine hydrochloride injection in the outpatient department showed a decreasing trend.The trend of amount of Codeine phosphate tablet and Bucinnazine hydrochloride injection was undulant.CONCLUSION：The use of narcotic drugs in our hospital was basically consistent with Guidance Principles for Clinical Application of Narcotic Drugs.But we still need to strengthen the understanding and knowledge of the standardization of treatment on pain and ＂Three-step Treatment＂.
