摘要
从工程风险管理的角度,对南水北调中线工程(陶岔至黄河南段工程)风险监控点进行了分析。同时从风险管理组织机构设置的角度,建议风险管理机构聘请专业的组织或单位对风险进行管理和控制,建立工程风险现场服务部,为风险管理者提供了一种风险管理机构设置模式和程序,提高风险管理质量。
Standing at the position of the project risk management,this paper analyzes risk monitoring points of middle route project of the South-to-North Water Diversion(between Tao Cha to the southern Yellow River).At the same time,from the view of the risk management for the organization structure,the author gives a suggestion risk management organization to hire a professional organization to manage and control the risks,and set up the spot service department for risk management.It also provides a kind of mode and procedures for risk manager.in order to improve the quality of risk management.
