A Study of Financial and Tax Policies on the Promotion of Ocean Circulation Economy

发展海洋循环经济是实现海洋经济可持续发展的必由之路,作为重要政策手段之一的财税政策,其在宏观调控、社会资源合理配置等方面起着不可或缺的作用。文章动态回顾了海洋循环经济的发展情况,针对我国现行发展海洋循环经济财税政策的不足,提出了综合运用各类财税政策手段促进海洋循环经济发展的若干建议,以期更好地为促进海洋循环经济的发展提供借鉴和参考。

The development of ocean circulation economy aims accurately at the sustainable development of the ocean.The taxation,as one of the important means of national policies,plays an indispensable role in national macroeconomic control and reasonable configuration of social natural resources.This article reviews the development of ocean circulation economy and makes some suggestions on multiple utilizing the fiscal and tax policy in considering with the lack of finance and tax policy support for better promoting the ocean economy.
