医疗图文数字化系统在基层医院数字化建设中的应用研究

Application of Medical Information Digital System on Digital Construction of Basic Level Hospitals

本研究针对基层医院设备简陋、资金短缺,难以全面实现数字化的现状,研制了医疗图文信息数字化系统。该系统可将各种非数字化医疗图文信息(X光胶片、超声、心电图、病理等图文信息)转化为数字信息,并同步归档进入该系统内置的PACS系统,有助于医疗图文信息的整合和管理,实现基层医院远程医疗会诊,在基层医院数字化建设中具有较大应用价值。

To solve the problem of simple and crude equipment,short of fund and hard to digitize,this paper introduces a medical image and text digitize system.It transforms several of non-digital medical information into digital ones,and filed into inner PACS.In this way,integration and management of medical information was strengthened,and long-distance consultation of basic level hospitals became reality.It had great value in digital construction of basic level hospitals.
