急性心肌梗死青年患者的超声心动图表现及临床特点 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨急性心肌梗死青年患者超声心动图表现及临床特点。方法对我院2003年1月至2008年5月,收治的44例急性心肌梗死青年(40岁以下)患者的临床表现、超声心动图表现、冠脉造影进行分析。结果急性心肌梗死青年患者男性多于女性;并发症少,住院病死率低;超声心动图无心腔大小改变、心功能正常。结论急性心肌梗死青年患者心脏功能及结构改变不明显,预后较好。 Objective To explore clinical and echocardiographic characteristics in youth patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods Forty four youth patients with AMI(age40years) were analyzed in clinical characteristics,echocardiography and coronary angiography.Results More male,less complications and low mortality in hospital were discovered in youth patients with AMI.And youth patients with AMI had normal cardiac structure and function.Conclusion Youth patients with AMI has good prognosis.
