摘要 目的了解安徽省湖沼型血吸虫病流行区林业血防工程现况.为进一步优化林业血防工程建设提供建议。方法设计统一调查表.对全省有螺的江洲湖滩环境林业血防工程的分布、工程模式、管理状况等相关内容进行现场调查,结果全省1044处有螺滩地中457处(43.8%)实施了林业血防工程,汀滩、洲滩、湖滩环境造林覆盖率分别为76.0%、77.1%、11.5%..造林树种以意杨为主.占造林面积的94.9%。造林模式以纯林业为主,占造林滩块环境数的57.8%,造林前仅26.5%的滩块进行了规范的土地改造,而日前仅10.3%的环境符合林业血防工程规范要求,全垦间种环境的植被盖度明显小于不垦不种方式。结论安徽省湖沼型血吸虫病流行区林业血防工程已得到较为广泛的推广.但工程建设及管理不够规范.在一定程度上将影响其抑螺防病效果。 Objective To understand the status of afforestation for schistosomiasis prevention in marsh- land regions, Anhui province, in order to provide scientific bases for improving the construction of afforestation for schistosomiasis control. Methods The distribution, engineering models, management ways and other related factors of afforestation for schistosomiasis control were surveyed in the field. Results Among 1044 pieces of snail-infested marshland regions, 457 pieces were afforested for snail control, and the coverage rate of afforestation was 76.0% in the Yangtze River beaches, 77.1% in islet beaches and 11.5% in lake beaches, respectively. The forest is mainly composed of Italian poplar which are occupied for 94.9% of all the afforestation ar- eas. Pure forestry is the main afforestation model, which occupied for 57.8% of all the afforestation areas. 26.5% pieces of the areas were harnessed before afforestation, and only 10.3% pieces of the areas met the implementa- tion standards of afforestation for schistosomiasis control at present. The vegetation coverage of afforestation with intercropping management way was lower than that with un-intercropping management way. Conclu- sion The project of afforestation for schistosomiasis control was implemented widely in schistosomiasis endemic areas along the Yangtze River , Anhui province, but most of them did not meet the implement standards of af- forestation for schistosomiasis prevention, so as to reduce the effect of snail control and schistosomiasis prevention in same degree.
