补中益气汤加减治疗维持性血透患者慢性持续性低血压

Chronic and Constant Low-pressure of Patients with Maintainable Dialysis Treated with Buzhongyiqi Decoction

[目的]探讨补中益气汤加减治疗维持性血透患者慢性持续性低血压的疗效。[方法]对18例我院门诊规律血液透析慢性持续性低血压患者给予补中益气汤加减治疗,1剂/d,浓煎100mL,分早晚2次口服。服用28d为1个疗程。[结果]18例中显效15例,有效2例,无效1例,总有效率94.44%。[结论]口服补中益气汤加减方,可以预防和减少维持性血液透析慢性持续性低血压患者在透析过程中血压进一步下降,同时能改善患者头晕乏力、心悸气短等症状。

[Objective] To observe clinical effect of Buzhongyiqi Decoction on chronic constant low pressure of maintainable dialys-ispatients.[Method] Administer the revised formula to18cases,28d as a course.EResult^Fifteen cases had marked effect,2were effective,1had no effect,the total effective rate was94.44%.[Conclusion] Orally taking Buzhongyiqi Decoction can pre-vent and reduce the constant low pressure,meanwhile relieve symptoms of dizziness,fatigue,pulping,palpitation and panting.
