穴位贴敷对失眠症改善的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Therapeutic Effect in Treatment of Insomnia with Point Plaster

[目的]观察中药穴位贴敷治疗失眠症的临床疗效及安全性。[方法]将80例失眠症患者随机分成治疗组40例和对照组40例。治疗组予中药穴位贴敷和艾司唑仑片口服,对照组予单纯艾司唑仑片口服,治疗2个月。观察匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分,并评价临床疗效。[结果]治疗后两组临床疗效没有显著性差异(P>0.05);观察组PSQI总评分明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]中药穴位贴敷治疗慢性失眠症具有更好的临床疗效,特别在改善睡眠质量、日间功能障碍和安眠药物依赖方面更明显。

[Objective]To observe the clinical effect and safety of＂point plaster＂made from herbs in treating insomnia.[Methods] Eighty cases were randomly divided into two groups：40 cases in treatment group treated with＂point plaste＂and Estazolam,while 40 cases in control group received Estazolam,with a course of two months.The scores of SPIGEGL scale and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.[Results]There was no significant difference between the two groups in clinical efficacy（P0.05）.Compared with the control group,there were significant differences in in PSQI scale in the treatment group（P0.01）.[Conclusion]＂Point plaster＂is effective for insomnia,espically in improving sleep quality,daytime dysfunction,drug dependence.
