摘要
目的通过分析本院2008-2009年住院患者口服抗抑郁药的使用状况及用药趋势,为临床用药提供参考。方法随机抽取本院2008-2009年因抑郁症住院治疗的576份病历,对患者使用抗抑郁药进行了统计、分析。结果近年来,新型的抗抑郁药物在临床得到了广泛应用,本院抗抑郁药物使用频次排前十位的是文拉法新、帕罗西汀、西酞普兰、度洛西汀、氟西汀、舍曲林、氟伏沙明、曲唑酮、米氮平、黛力新。结论治疗抑郁症必须严格掌握适应症及不良反应,做到用药的个体化、合理化。
Objective To provide reference for clinical medication through analyzing the application and tendency of antidepressants taken orally by inpatients in People′s Hospital of Guangdong from 2008 to 2009.Methods A total of 576 cases suffering from depression were randomly collected.The antidepressants they used in those cases were analyzed.ResultsNew-type antidepressants were widely used in recent years,the top 10 antidepressants used in the hospital were venlafaxine,paroxetine,citalopram,duloxetine,fluoxetine,sertraline,fluvoxamine,trazodone,mirtazapine,and deanxit.Conclusion Indication and ADR of antidepressants should be mastered strictly for individual treatment and rational medication.
