香菇多糖联合顺铂治疗肺癌胸腔积液疗效观察

Curative Effect Observation of Lentinan Combined with Cisplatin on Lung Cancer Patients with Pleural Effusions

目的观察香菇多糖联合顺铂胸腔灌注治疗肺癌胸腔积液的疗效及其副作用。方法将肺癌合并恶性胸腔积液53例患者随机分为2组,实验组27例,对照组26例。实验组胸腔注入香菇多糖4 mg+顺铂40 mg,对照组胸腔注入顺铂60 mg。2组均每周给药1次,4周为1疗程,治疗1疗程后比较2组疗效。结果实验组总有效率高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组不良反应发生率较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论香菇多糖联合顺铂腔内注入能有效控制晚期肺癌所致恶性胸腔积液,不良反应小。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect and adverse reaction in treatment of lung cancer pleural effusion by injection cavity with lentinan and cisplatin.Methods A total of 53 lung cancer patients with malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into experimental group（n=27） and control group（n=26）.Patients in the experimental group were intrathoracically injected with lentinan 4 mg and cisplatin 40 mg,and patients in the control group were treated with intrapleural cisplatin 60 mg only.Both were treated once a week,4 w for a course of treatment.The clinical therapeutic effect was compared between the 2 groups after one course of treatment.Results The effective rate in patients of the experimental group was higher than that of control group.There was a significant difference in the 2 groups（P0.05）.The adverse reaction with experimental group was lower than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Lentinan combined with cisplatin have confirmed effects on the lung cancer patients with malignant pleural effusion,and without any serious adverse reactions.
