天舒胶囊合苯磺酸氨氯地平对高血压患者生活质量影响的临床观察

Clinical Effect of Tianshu Capsule and Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets on Patients with Hypertension of Blood Stasis

目的研究天舒胶囊合苯磺酸氨氯地平对高血压患者生活质量的影响。方法采用单盲平行对照和患者自身前后对照的研究方法。治疗组服用苯磺酸氨氯地平合天舒胶囊。对照组服用苯磺酸氨氯地平。比较治疗前后2组患者生活质量、血压值的变化,评价天舒胶囊对高血压病患者生活质量改善的情况。结果治疗前,治疗组和对照组比较,生活质量积分、血压水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。经治疗后,治疗组的生活质量积分、与对照组有明显差异(P<0.05);而治疗组和对照组的血压下降水平在治疗后组内比较有显著差异,组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论天舒胶囊联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗高血压具有提高患者生活质量的作用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Tianshu capsule on the quality of life（QOL） of patients with hypertension.Methods A total of 60 patients with hypertension were randomely divided into 2 groups,the treated group and control group.All the patients were treated with levamlodipine besylate tablets,while patients in the treated group also treated with Tianshu capsule.The total scores of QOL and the blood pressure of patients before and after the treatment were compared.Results The quality of life and the blood pressure of patients had no obvious difference between the treatment group and control group before the treatment（P0.05）.After the treatment,the quality of life of patients in the treatment group had significant differentce compared with those of control group（P0.05）.But the blood pressure did not have obvious difference between treatment group and control group after the treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Tianshu capsule combined with levamlodipine besylate tablet is effective in improving patient＇s quality of life.
