氯雷他定治疗小儿耳道湿疹54例疗效观察

Observation of Effect of Loratadine on Ear Canal Eczema in Children:Analysis of 54 Cases

目的比较分析氯雷他定治疗54例小儿耳道湿疹的临床疗效。方法选取54例小儿耳道湿疹患者为研究对象,随机分为2组,2组在局部外用盐酸洛美沙星乳膏的基础上,观察组27例(33耳)给予内服氯雷他定,对照组27例(32耳)给予内服扑尔敏,观察2组疗效、复发率及不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率与对照组差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.214,P<0.05)。观察组、对照组复发率差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.694,P<0.05),2组不良反应发生率有显著差异(χ2=5.326,P<0.01)。结论氯雷他定治疗小儿外耳道湿疹的疗效确切,复发率较低,服用方便,不良反应较少,适合临床推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of loratadine on the treatment of 54 cases of the ear canal eczema in children.Methods A total of 54 cases of ear canal eczema patients were selected,and were randomly divided into 2 groups.Patients in both groups were treated with local topical lomefloxacin hydrochloride cream.Patients in the observation group（27 cases,33 ear） were also given orally loratadine,while patients in the control group（27 cases,32 ear） were treated with chlorpheramine maleate.The effect,recurrence rate and adverse reaction of 2 groups were observed.Results The total effectiveness was significantly different between the observation group and control group（χ2=3.214,P0.05）.The recurrence rate was significantly different between the observation group and control group（χ2=3.694,P0.05）.The adverse reaction rate was significantly different between the 2 groups（χ2=5.326,P0.01）.Conclusion Loratadine has curative effect on the treatment of pediatric external canal eczema,and its recurrence rate is low,convenient to administrate,with little adverse drug reaction.It is suitable for the clinical treatment.
