摘要 目的建立用高效液相色谱法测定罗汉果茶中山奈素的含量测定方法,修订并提高罗汉果茶的质量控制方法。方法采用高效液相色谱仪法,色谱柱Diamonsil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(含0.4%三乙胺)(54∶46);流速:1.0 ml/min,柱温:35℃,检测波长:364 nm。结果山奈素在0.030 57~0.305 70μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 7,n=5,平均加样回收率为98.50%,RSD为0.80%。结论 HPLC法简便可行,重现性好,可用于罗汉果茶的质量控制。 Objective To establish a method for the determination of Kaempferide in Tea of Siraitia grosvenori by HPLC, so as to modify and improve the method for the quality control of Tea of Siraitia grosvenori. Methods HPLC method was used, with the column packed with Diamonsil C 18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase was co of methanol: 0.4% -Phosphoric acid ( including: 0. 4%-Triethylamine) (54: 46). The flow rate was at 1.0 ml/min and the column temperature was 35℃. The wavelength was set at 364 nm. Results The calibration curve of Kaempferide was in good linearity in the range of 0. 030 57 - 0. 305 70 μg, r = 0. 999 70, n = 5, the average recovery was 98.50% and RSD was 0.80%. Conclusion The method is simple, feasible and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Tea of Siraitia grosvenori.
