摘要
[目的]观察养阴软坚法姑息治疗晚期非小细胞癌(NSCLC)的临床疗效。[方法]86例病例,随机分为试验组和对照组各43例,化疗或支持疗法基础上,试验组加养阴软坚中药,观察两组生活质量评分、瘤体大小变化、体重变化、生存期情况。[结果]两组瘤体大小变化及6个月生存期差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但试验组生活质量评分、体重变化、1年生存期均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]养阴软坚法治疗晚期NSCLC对提高生活质量、增加体重、延长生存期有明显积极作用。
[Purpose] To observe the clinical effects of ＂YangYin RuanJian＂ on non-small cell lung cancer.[Method] 86 subjects were randomized into two groups：control group in which 43 cases and treatment group in which 43 cases were treated with chemotherapy plus ＂YangYin RuanJian＂,the quality of life,size of tumor,body weight,survival time were observed.[Result] The quality of life,size of tumor,body weight,1-year survival time was better in treatment group than in control group.[Conclusion] ＂YangYin RuanJian＂ can improve the and quality of life,size of tumor,1 year survival time in patients with advanced non-small cell lung（cancer.）
