工作绩效与组织内部知识转移效果关系的实证研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文研究个人工作绩效与组织内部知识转移效果之间的关系。结果发现:工作绩效与知识转移效果之间存在显著的正相关关系,工作绩效中的关联绩效与知识转移效果的相关性要强于任务绩效。
